When will my order ship and how long will delivery take?
Orders typically leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days, though some may ship the same day depending on availability. Occasionally, unexpected delays may occur. Most items arrive within 4–7 business days, and if a product has a longer lead time, it will be clearly noted on the product page. At Lucent Outdoors, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly and keeping you informed every step of the way.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
What’s your return policy?

Can I cancel my order?
Absolutely—if your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel for a full refund. Just email us right away at Customerservice@lucentoutdoors.com. Once your item has shipped, the cancellation is no longer possible and it will fall under our 30-day return policy.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice any damage to the box or product, make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you can’t open the package right away but suspect damage, sign with “possible damage” noted. Should your item be damaged, send us photos at Customerservice@lucentoutdoors.com, and we’ll promptly arrange a replacement or compensation.

When will I receive tracking details?

Yes! As soon as your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. Be sure to double-check that it’s entered correctly so you don’t miss any updates.
Do you charge sales tax?
We’re based in Illinois, so sales tax is only applied to orders shipped within the state. This can result in extra savings if you’re ordering from elsewhere in the U.S.
Can I make changes to my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’re happy to make adjustments. Just email Customerservice@lucentoutdoors.com with the changes you'd like to make.
