What If My Order Arrives Damaged?

We take every precaution to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, if you notice any damage upon delivery—including to the packaging—please note it when signing the delivery receipt. If you're unable to inspect the contents right away but suspect damage, write "possible damage" during delivery.

Should your item be damaged, please email clear photos to Customerservice@lucentoutdoors.com. Once we receive your message, we’ll work quickly to issue a replacement or refund—usually within one business day.
