At Lucent Outdoors, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to making things right if you’re not fully satisfied. Please read the details below to understand how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • All original tags, parts, and documentation are included

  • The product is not excluded under “Non-Returnable Items”


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. We’ll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. In certain cases a 25% Restocking Fee will be applied.

  • Lucent Outdoors Responsibility: If the return is due to our error, we will cover return shipping


5. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. & in certain cases subject to a 25% Restocking Fee

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed

Please note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless due to our error.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like to replace an item, please follow the return process and place a new order separately.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:

  1. Email us at Customerservice@lucentoutdoors.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include:

    • Photos of the item and packaging

    • A description of the issue

  3. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 14 days:


9. Returns Due to Incorrect Address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address:

  • We will contact you to verify the correct address

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment
