At Lucent Outdoors, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and include all tags, parts, and documentation. Certain items are non-returnable, including customized products, perishable goods, gift cards, final sale items, and any product marked “non-returnable” on the product page. (See Full Policy)
To start a return, please contact us at Customerservice@lucentoutdoors.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return authorization and instructions—returns sent without authorization may not be accepted. Return shipping is free; however, a 25% restocking fee applies. If the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective product, we will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund at no cost.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 30 business days after we receive and inspect the item, with shipping fees non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
